Committed to tenant representation throughout his career, Zev Holzman joined Savills in 2008 following the acquisition of his previous tenant representation firm The Staubach Company. An expert at providing strategic and advisory services to his clients, Zev focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, transaction management, market research and financial analysis, as well as overall brokerage strategy implementation and transaction execution.

Zev’s background as an attorney, trained in the area of real estate, translates to a unique depth of perspective and service, which he is able to offer clients. Over the course of his decade-plus career, Zev has gained extensive experience representing technology companies and start-ups, hedge funds and financial services firms, law firms, fashion and media companies, healthcare groups and educational institutions.

Some of Zev’s notable clients include Donna Karan, Louis Vuitton, Time Inc., WebMD, Flatiron Health, Amerigroup Health Plus, Boxed, The Georgetown Company, Kingdon Capital, Broadway Technology, Dexia Credit Local, KKR, Quadrangle Group, The World Gold Council, Abacus Group, CQS, Sills, Cummis & Gross, Duval & Stachenfeld, Northstar Realty Trust, SBLI Mutual Life Insurance Company, Glasgow Caledonian University and Transit Center, among many others in a wide variety of industries.

Zev has also worked for the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Antitrust Bureau and for the real estate practice group at law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Prior to law school, Zev also spent a year with the AmeriCorps National Service Program in Hawaii working as an advocate for victims of domestic violence in family court.
