Scott Hoffman rejoined Studley in its Washington, D.C. office as an executive managing director.
In his new role, Hoffman will provide financial and real estate advisory structuring to corporations, law firms, trade associations and non-profits.
Hoffman spent seven years at Studley before joining Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director in 2007. His past experience consists of exclusive focus on assisting tenants with strategic planning, developing financial structures, portfolio management, and acquisitions and sales nationwide.
In his career, Hoffman has represented tenants in the leasing of 10 million square feet for a cumulative lease value of more than $3.5 billion.
Hoffman earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from The George Washington University. Hoffman Rejoins Studley in Washington, D.C.
