New York, NY (March 6, 2012) - International commercial real estate services firm Studley has announced the promotion of Greg Taubin to Executive Managing Director of its New York office.
Mr. Taubin, who focuses on working with companies on their strategic planning, including the acquisition and disposition of facilities, has helped close over 5 million square feet of leasing transactions since joining Studley in 1994.
His significant transactional achievements include a 350,000-square-foot acquisition and 200,000-square-foot disposition on behalf of Tiffany & Co., a 160,000-square-foot disposition on behalf of Time Inc., leases and subleases totaling 100,000 square feet on behalf of Thompson Hine LLP, acquisitions and dispositions totaling 150,000 square feet on behalf of The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. and a 35,000-square-foot acquisition on behalf of Richline Group (Berkshire Hathaway).
Mr. Taubin, 39, who was formerly senior managing director of Studley, is a graduate of Tulane University. He continues to be actively involved in Making Headway, a foundation dedicated to the comfort and care of children with brain and spinal cord tumors.
