After a year characterized by no billion-dollar building sales but a whopping 1.1 million square-foot lease by Condé Nast at 1 World Trade Center, we look fondly back with our Annual Golden Brick Awards.

... we’ve learned the pension giant has also bought the 9,300-square-foot ground retail condominium at 2300 Broadway leased to Chico’s and Charles Schwab, along with an unleased 5,200-square-foot basement, for $44.7 million. The sellers, the Bromley Cos., developed the building some 30 years ago. The brokers were Woody Heller, Will Silverman and Eric Negrin of Studley. ...
