The 43-story office building at 1407 Broadway is up for grabs. The 1.1 million-square-foot tower's operating lease holders, Abraham Kamer & Co. and the Lightstone Group, have put the lease up for sale, according to the New York Post. It could fetch more than $330 million.
The land underneath the tower, located between West 38th and West 39th streets, is owned by Solil Management, which will get rent payments from the new owner. Savills Studley is marketing 1407 Broadway.1407 Broadway is on the market
