Studley Brokers Named to Bisnow's Power Women List
Washington, DC (January 28, 2014)

Bisnow has named Studley’s Lois Zambo and Wendy Feldman Block to D.C.’s Power Women in Commercial Real Estate list, which recognizes those who have made the biggest impact and have the most influence in the industry.

As Vice-Chairman and Co-Regional Manager, Zambo has become one of the DC area’s most iconic women in commercial real estate. She is best recognized as the broker behind USA Today’s move to the DC area in the mid-1980s. She also assisted the Freedom Forum with the purchase of 6th & Pennsylvania Avenue to create a new DC home for the Newseum – a historic transaction that both The Washington Post and the Washington Business Journal have called the “Deal of the Century.”

Since joining Studley in 1987, Feldman Block, Corporate Managing Director, has worked on everything from large law firms to nonprofits, including recent transactions with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and Year Up. She is active in numerous professional and service organizations and currently serves on the board of directors for the Washington DC Chapter of CREW and the Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation.

Both Zambo and Feldman Block have had a significant impact on the industry and Studley congratulates them on their many accomplishments and contributions.
