Cognolink Commits to New Space in Grand Central Area

Cognolink, a primary research firm connecting investors and businesses to information, is moving to Sapir Organization‘s 260 Madison Avenue, more than doubling the size of its current Manhattan office space.

Cognolink will move from 411 Fifth Avenue between 37th and 38th Streets where it now occupies 6,000 square feet, to a nearly 13,000-square-foot space on Madison Avenue between East 38th and East 39th Streets, according to a press release issued by Savills Studley. Cognolink signed a seven-year lease for a portion of the property’s 10th floor; the firm is set to move into its new space in January.

The asking rent was in the $50s per square foot, a source with knowledge of the deal said. Other tenants in the building include Coca-Cola, J.P. Morgan, Hanesbrands, AKAM Associates, SAG AFTRA and the American Kennel Club...
