Amid a spate of tenants ditching Sixth Avenue and moving to the West Side or downtown, one company is going the other way. Wealth management firm KLS Professional Advisors Group has signed a 16-year lease at 1525 Sixth Ave., according to the New York Post.
The company will be taking 30,852 square feet at the Paramount Group office building, which is near the Ziegfeld Theater. It will be leaving its Flatiron office space at 111 Fifth Ave. as part of an early lease termination this fall. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.Firm ditches Flatiron district
