Investment bank PJT Partners inked a 100,000-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust and SL Green Realty’s 280 Park Avenue.

The bank’s deal comes after a successful year for the building, which saw roughly 400,000 square feet of new leases in 2014, according to the New York Post. Fiduciary Trust International and parent firm Franklin Templeton recently signed 126,000 square feet at the building.

Roughly 200,000 square feet are still vacant at the 1.4 million-square-foot office tower, the Post reported. The owners have spent $150 million on renovations at the building.

The Four Seasons Restaurant has also been contemplating a move to the 43-story tower in Midtown East...

CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Mary Ann Tighe, Eric Deutsch, Sam Seiler and Gregg Rothkin represented the landlords, while Savills Studley’s Evan Margolin represented the tenant.
