Studley's Tom Pappas Named CoStar Power Broker for 2009
The firm's Denver office also made Power Broker: Top Leasing Firm List
Denver,CO (May 27, 2010)
Studley’s Tom Pappas, assistant director in the firm’s Denver office, has been named a CoStar Group’s (NASDAQ— CSGP) Power Broker for 2009 in the office leasing category.
Mr. Pappas attributes his success in 2009, one of the toughest years in which to do business since he began his career in commercial real estate, to not only his local business in Denver, but also the more than 20 transactions he closed nationally.
He has completed more than 1.4 million square feet of transactions for many high-profile firms nationally and in the Denver area, and is scheduled for a record year in 2010.
In 2007, Mr. Pappas received Studley’s Rookie of the Year award.
Studley’s Denver office was also one of 12 Studley offices that made the Power Broker list for Top Leasing Firms.
In its eighth year, the CoStar Power Broker Awards recognize brokerage firms and individual brokers who have the highest overall transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in each market during the previous year.
