Lease Up/Lease Down: A Busy Week On Fifth Avenue

Uniqlo has chosen 666 Fifth Ave. in New York as the location of its global flagship store. The Japanese clothing retailer, which has more than 900 stores worldwide, signed a 15-year deal for 90,000 square feet. Move-in is slated for 2011.

... Wells Fargo Insurance Services signed a 47,055-square-foot lease at The Pointe in Tampa. The 10-story, 253,296-square-foot office building at 2502 N. Rocky Point Drive was built in 1982 in the Westshore submarket. Additional tenants include Goldman Sachs and McNichols Co. Shane O'Neil of Studley represented Wells Fargo.
