Tech Firm Takes 33,723 SF at 1800 M St.

Communications and tech company Wilkinson Barker Knauer is relocating its Washington, DC, office to the 8th floor of 1800 M St. NW's North Tower.

The firm will occupy 33,723 square feet of the recently renovated CBD building, owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors on behalf of institutional investors. Savills Studley's Gary Stein, Ben Plaisted, Jon Glass and Greg Scheipers represented Wilkinson Barker Knauer in the 12-year agreement.
