Studley Appoints Stuart Melrose to Grow West End Offices Offer

International commercial real estate service firm Studley has appointed Stuart Melrose as a director to grow its West End offices business.

Stuart joins Studley after more than two years with Edward Charles & Partners, where he primarily represented clients from the media, publishing and investment industries including:CBS, Bain & Co, Nickelodeon, Odeon, Ascent Media and Simon & Schuster, Land Securities and O&H Properties.  He also worked for Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco where he was named as one of CoStar’s Power Brokers in 2004.

Matthew Purser, managing director of Studley UK, said, “Stuart’s work with West End occupiers is a great fit for Studley and our focus on tenant representation.”
