Deal of the week: Historic downtown building gains law firm

Cameron Management has landed Conley Rose as a tenant on the 18th floor of its historic 1001 McKinney building.

The intellectual property law firm will relocate after 21 years at JPMorgan Chase Tower.

Conley Rose was interested in moving into a more efficient space while remaining on one floor, Kevin Hodges of Studley said.

The firm was able to reduce its footprint to 21,001 square feet from 23,000 square feet at Chase Tower. That office had been configured with file space that was no longer needed as records had been converted to electronic storage over the years, Hodges said. ...
