Savills Studley has named John (Jay) Joyce a managing director at the firm’s Philadelphia office. The announcement was made at the firm’s annual “Winter Trip,” a planning meeting of the firm’s top producing brokers.

In his tenure at Savills Studley, Joyce has exclusively represented the tenant or user of space in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate. He has completed transactions for a vast array of office, medical and industrial space users in the healthcare, non-profit, pharmaceutical, law, design and engineering, food production and general business services sectors.
