Stephen Levine Returns to Studley

International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Miami office with two new hires.
Stephen Levine has returned to Studley as a managing director. He will be focusing exclusively on office and industrial tenant representation in the South Florida market. His specialties include consulting services, strategic planning, transaction management and financial structuring. Prior to rejoining Studley, Mr. Levine worked for Turnberry Associates where he led the firm’s office division overseeing a national portfolio in excess of 2 million square feet of office space in multiple markets. He has been involved with notable client transactions such as the South Florida offices of Norwegian Cruise Lines, Amadeus, Univita Home Health Care and Wells Fargo Advisors.
Mr. Levine is a member of The Florida Bar Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Florida Banker’s Association and South Florida Office Brokers Association. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad School of Law.
Will Morrison, Jr. has joined Studley as an associate. In this role, he will be focusing on representing the real estate needs of law firms, corporations and technology companies throughout the Florida region. He will specialize in business development, strategic planning and transaction management. Mr. Morrison graduated from Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business & Economics with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.
