Hedge fund takes two floors

Visium Capital, a hedge fund, has signed a two floor lease at 888 7th Avenue for rents that average in the high $80s per s/f, according to several people familiar with the deal.

The firm will take floors 21 and 22, almost 40,000 s/f of space in the 46-story, 900,000 s/f tower, which is owned by the New York based real estate investment trust Vornado. ...
