GSA Inks 40,996-SF Lease at Constitution Square

US General Services Administration has expanded its already significant footprint in NoMa with a newly inked lease to occupy an additional 40,996 square feet at One Constitution Square.

Last November, GSA took 288,255 square feet of temporary space there to house 1,200 federal workers while its headquarters was being renovated. It was one of the largest leases in the DC market that year, according to Stephen R. Leeds, GSA's senior sustainability officer. ...

... The project also calls for an additional one million square feet of future office, residential and retail development. Darian LeBlanc of Cassidy Turley represented the landlord in the lease transaction, while Studley’s Neil Levy, Julie Rayfield, Todd Valentine and Mett Miller represented GSA. ...
