Statoil Gulf Services LLC more than doubled the size of its North American headquarters to almost 600,000 square feet in Houston’s Westchase District as part of a long-term lease to accommodate its growth. The upstream subsidiary of Norway-based Statoil ASA (NYSE: STO) will occupy all of the 431,000-square-foot CityWestPlace Building 4 and will continue to occupy 150,000 square feet in Building 2.
