Paragon Commercial Group has acquired the Woodland Hills Shopping Center at 6203-6261 Topanga Canyon Blvd. in Woodland Hills, CA in an off-market transaction with TPG Capital LP...

"With significant barriers to entry, strong traffic counts with signalized access, and positioned at the heart of Warner Center, this acquisition provides Paragon and its investors with an asset that will continue to deliver returns on both a short- and long-term basis," said Mark Harrigian, principal at Paragon. "This is the second acquisition in the San Fernando Valley for Paragon as we continue to aggressively grow our portfolio of quality, retail assets in Southern California."

The acquisition was funded in part with a $28 million loan from Bank of America.

Bill Bauman and Kyle Miller with Studley's national retail services group represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
