Zellerbach Bldg Sells for $4.3M

Amalie Oil Company purchased the industrial building at 9105 Sabal Industrial Blvd. in Tampa, FL from International Paper Company for $4.33 million, or about $34 per square foot.

The 126,930-square-foot Zellerbach manufacturing building was constructed in 1982 on 11.6 acres in the East Side Industrial submarket, part of the Sabal Industrial Park in Hillsborough County. It features 22 percent office build-out, 12 loading docks and 13 drive-in bays, 29-foot clear heights, 1,200-amp heavy power, and a fenced lot.

International Paper Company has signed a leaseback deal for approximately 27,390 square feet of office space, with the balance occupied by the new owner.
