Jack Resnick & Sons announced 53,000 s/f of new leasing activity at their flagship lower Manhattan property, One Seaport Plaza.

The Center for Reproductive Rights, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization, has signed a 10-year, 36,985 s/f lease comprising the entire 22nd floor.

Manhattan location on the ground floor of the building. Daniel Horowitz and Gary Kerper of Savills Studley represented the Center for Reproductive Rights and Joseph Zona and Paul Ippolito of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Allied World Insurance. John Cefaly and Robert Constable of Cushman & Wakefield worked alongside Brett Greenberg and Dennis Brady of Resnick & Sons in representing building ownership.
