Cushman & Wakefield brokers Arthur Mirante, Carri Lyon, Robert Baraf, Mark Mandell and John Peters represented GMHC in negotiations, along with Ed Donnery, Nicole Adams and Maureen Kelly of the firm's consulting group and Janice Stanton of the investment analytics branch.
