The Federal Housing Finance Agency officially confirmed the worst kept secret in Washington on Monday — it has signed a lease at David Nassif Associates’ Constitution Center project in Southwest.
The agency will consolidate three offices currently in Northwest into 335,000 square feet at 400 Seventh St. SW, starting in November. The FHFA currently has offices at 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue, 1625 Eye St. NW and in the federally owned Office of Thrift Supervision building at 1700 G St. NW.
