Sharp Rees Stealy recently inked a deal for a 100k SF build-to-suit project on 3.5 acres at the former Hooters restaurant site off West Bernardo Drive overlooking I-15 in Rancho Bernardo.
The move will replace the healthcare company's facility at 16950 Via Tazon that is a little more than half the size, says Savills Studley's Michael Labelle, who, along with associate Bridget Garwitz (here), represented Sharp in the deal.
