For the world’s largest retailer of fine timepieces, the “timing was right” to expand and relocate its Midtown offices.
TOURNEAU has signed a long term, approximately 16,000-square-foot lease comprising the entire 7th floor at 663 Fifth Avenue for its new corporate headquarters.
The company will be moving from 3 East 54th Street to 663 Fifth Avenue at the northeast corner of 52nd Street. The new office is located in close proximity to TOURNEAU’s TimeMachine Store at 12 East 57th Street and around the corner from the store at 510 Madison Avenue.
Studley Senior Managing Director Jeffrey I. Peck, Executive Vice President Daniel O. Horowitz and Senior Managing Director Brad Wolk represented TOURNEAU in the long-term lease transaction, while Barry Zeller, Executive Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Sator Realty.
“The new space was built with many above-standard features by the previous tenant and TOURNEAU will be able to take advantage of those improvements and move-in quickly,” Peck said. Horowitz added, “the overall office design allows for an increase in efficiency, while the location is perfect as it is proximate to TOURNEAU’s stores.”
