Ampam Parks Mechanical, Inc. has purchased the industrial building at 17036 Avalon Blvd. in Carson, CA in all-cash transaction for $5.85 million, or about $117 per square foot, from a private trust.
The 50,100-square-foot manufacturing facility was constructed in 1974 on 2.8 acres in the Carson North Industrial submarket of Los Angeles County. The asset was completely vacant at the time of sale, and the buyer will take occupancy of the building for its new corporate headquarters.
