Rockrose Development Corp. has completed three leases at 1776 Eye Street, NW. It has signed two long-term leases with new tenants and expanded space for an existing firm in the building.
Steward Partners Global Advisory will occupy 10,000 square feet on the seventh floor. The Federalist Society will occupy 12,000 square feet on the third floor. Obsidian Analysis has expanded its space to 19,500 square feet from 16,000.
