Burke, Warren Expands Office at Future AMA Plaza

The law firm Burke, Warren, MacKay and Serritella PC has agreed to expand its office at the former IBM building, which will soon be renamed AMA Plaza due to its planned new anchor tenant. Burke, Warren will boost its current lease of 38,863 square feet to 54,882 square feet, and has extended the term an additional 11 years through 2024. ...
