Global commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today a number of promotions in its Washington, DC regional offices:
Ben Plaisted was promoted to Senior Managing Director and Greg Scheipers to Managing Director. Working together, Plaisted and Scheipers have been instrumental in assisting local and national clients enhance their business objectives through creative real estate solutions.
Tyler Bensten and Bie Chu Lee were promoted to Associate Director. Joining the firm in 2009, Bensten plays an integral role in various complex assignments for law firms and corporate tenants throughout the Washington D.C. region. Lee, who also joined in 2009, specializes in financial structuring and strategic planning for corporations, law firms and not-for-profit organizations.
Samantha Kurtz, promoted to Assistant Director, is a valuable member of the firm’s federal government real estate advisory practice, managing due diligence and post award services for the General Service Administration (GSA) and Department of Veterans Affairs under Studley’s national contracts.
