Shutterfly Expands to 100,676 SF in Redwood City

Shutterfly signed a seven-year deal to renew and expand its headquarters lease for 100,676 square feet at 2800 and 3000 Bridge Parkway in Redwood City, CA.

The online photo publishing company was already at 2800 Bridge and part of 3000 Bridge at Bayshore Tech Park and will expand into the rest in June. The deal increases its footprint in the market by 25 percent.

Steve Barker and Matt Hart of Studley represented Shutterfly. Randy Keller, Michael Moran and Ben Paul out of Cassidy Turley BT Commercial's Burlingame office and Randy Arrillaga out of the Palo Alto office represented the owners, Prudential Real Estate Management and Harvest Properties.
