East Asia Properties (U.S.) Inc., an affiliate of The Bank of East Asia, has sold 202 Canal St., at Mulberry Street, for $41.25 million. With regard to East Asia's lease at 540 Madison Ave., the overall asking range in the surrounding Plaza District neighborhood is between $63 and $72 per square foot, according to a Studley report.
