American Bar Association to move to Washington Square

The American Bar Association has reached a deal to move its D.C. office to 1050 Connecticut Ave. NW, where it has signed a lease for 61,000 square feet in the building known as Washington Square.

The Chicago-based ABA joins law firms Baker & Hostetler LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in the building. Lerner and Tower developed the 12-story structure in 1982 and recently completed a $14 million renovation to its common areas. ...
