Mr. Youth, a New York City-based social marketing agency focused on word of mouth, social interactive and digital marketing, has signed a 27,025-square-foot sublease at 225 Park Avenue South, expanding its space by more than 100 percent.
The agency currently occupies space at Chelsea Market, 75 Ninth Avenue, and is expected to move into the entire 16th floor of 225 Park Avenue South this summer.
Studley’s Managing Director Nicholas Farmakis, along with Corporate Managing Director Jason Perla, represented Mr. Youth in the transaction.
“The space, building and location are a great fit for Mr. Youth,” said Farmakis. “We were fortunate to be able to identify and secure one of the few high-quality, creatively built spaces in such a dynamic location.”
Named Mashable’s “Social Media Agency of the Year,” Crain’s NY’s top ten “Best Places to Work” and Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Marketing/Advertising Companies in the World,” Mr. Youth represents a variety of first class companies including Proctor & Gamble, Bing, Hewlett-Packard, Pepperidge Farm and Ford.
“Topping Chelsea Market was an ambitious goal but we're thrilled to have done so. Our new home is an outstanding workspace that will promote our culture of collaboration and provide a wonderful environment for our staff and clients,” said Dan LaFontaine, Mr. Youth’s CFO & COO.
The sublandlord, International Masters Publishers, was represented by Tim Gibson and Bill Levitsky of Cushman & Wakefield.
