Law firm expands at former IBM Building

A law firm increased its space in a long-term lease extension at the former IBM Building. Burke Warren MacKay & Serritella P.C. signed a lease for 54,882 square feet, up 41 percent from its current 38,863 square feet, said Prime Group Realty Trust Inc., which is part of the ownership venture and leases and manages the building. The firm extended for another 11 years and its deal now expires at the end of 2024 at the building, 330 N. Wabash Ave., Prime Group said in a release. The extension follows several big recent wins for the building: new leases with the American Medical Association, law firm Latham & Watkins and association manager SmithBucklin Corp. Studley Inc. and JSQ Commercial represented Burke Warren, said Prime Group, which was represented by Steven R. Baron, its executive vice president of leasing. ...
