Studley Plays Tom Sawyer, Painting the Fence at the Leaguers Head Start in Newark
Company also Arranges for Visit from Giants Left Tackle, William Betty

A group of Studley Professionals, who   have been doing charitable work at The Leaguers, Head Start Program in Newark for more than five years, became Tom Sawyers on September 16th by painting  the picket fence that surrounds the playground.  The group also raised $1,700 from Studley employees and other private sources to buy mulch to cover the surface of the backyard.

On a separate day, Studley arranged for William Beatty, famous Giants left tackle, to visit the children and talk about football.

A  Federally funded program, The Leaguers Head Start Program is attended by children ages 3-5 from families of low-income.
