Savills Studley Promotes Three LA Execs

Savills Studley has promoted three executives in its Los Angeles offices. Corey Davidson has been named an executive managing director, Laura Whelan has been promoted to corporate managing director, and Matt Abney will serve as director, project management for the global tenant advisory firm.

Davidson is a principal with the firm's corporate services group in the West Los Angeles office. He has been with the firm since 2001, most recently as a senior managing director responsible for developing and delivering strategic consulting and brokerage services in the corporate finance and commercial real estate sectors. Davidson graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

Whelan leads the project management group in Los Angeles. She has been with the firm since 2007, most recently as a managing director responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects including tenant improvements, urban development, and mixed-use commercial properties. Whelan graduated from The University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Abney is a member of the project management group in Downtown Los Angeles. He has been with the firm since 2011, most recently as a project manager responsible for strategic facility and building planning for commercial site selection, tenant relocation, budget oversight and cost management. Abney graduated from Azusa Pacific University and holds a Master's of Public Policy from the University of Southern California.
