Former BAE facility lands major tenant

Valerus Field Solutions, a division of Montreal-based engineering and construction firm SNC-Lavalin, has leased a major portion of the former BAE facility in Sealy to consolidate operations.

The company leased 396,880 square feet of an available 930,000 square feet on 52 of the industrial park’s more than 200 acres, according to Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. The Parker/Littman Team at Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Five Star Properties, and Kyle Kelley of Savills-Studley and Jim Stark of CBRE represented Valerus Field Solutions in the 10-year lease.

In 2013, Houston-based Valerus sold Valerus Field Solutions to Kentz Corporation Ltd., which was acquired by SNC-Lavalin in August 2014 and later rebranded. Valerus Field Solutions also is rebranding as SNC-Lavalin's Production & Processing Solutions, according to its LinkedIn page. Its current Houston headquarters is at 919 Milam in downtown Houston...
