“We were fortunate to hit the market at the right time,” shared Mambrino.   “We had a handful of options all in quality, well located buildings, but 1095 Avenue of the Americas represented the best option.”

“The Bryant Park location and building were highly desirable to LUKOIL,” explained Farmakis.  “The building itself has been impressively renovated, and the landlord is constructing LUKOIL’s space on the 33rd floor to its specifications.” ...
