“I am proud to have been recognized by Savills Studley through this promotion and am grateful for the resources and support the firm has equipped me with to succeed. I look forward to my continued success under Savills Studley’s unique tenant representation platform,” said Joyce.
Hether Smith, Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of Savills Studley’s Philadelphia office added, “Jay has consistently performed at the highest level, combining creativity and analytical results and delivering more value at each stage of a project. His strong work ethic and talent have been great assets both for this office and for his clients and bode well for the next generation of leadership at Savills Studley.”
