Studley has promoted 25-year industry veteran Daniel O. Horowitz from Executive Managing Director to Executive Vice President.

Horowitz, who has been with Studley since 1990, is consistently one of the firm’s top-producing brokers. He has amassed more than 4 msf in leasing transactions with a transaction value exceeding $2 billion, representing high-profile tenants like Burberry, CUNY, W.W. Norton & Co., Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Covington & Burling, Steptoe & Johnson and Blue Ridge Capital.

Horowitz won first place in 2010 in the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) coveted “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for representing the Silberman Fund in three interdependent transactions that resulted in a new 140,000 sf facility for the Hunter School of Social Work. ...
