Studley continued to bolster its regional office, announcing its 11th and 12th new hires of 2012.
Gary Stein returned to Studley’s Washington, DC, office as an executive vice president and co-regional manager. Stein will continue to advise commercial real estate tenants throughout the metropolitan area and will also counsel his clients on corporate real estate transactions throughout the country.
... Stein spent the first 16 years of his career as a tenant advisor at Studley.

Studley also announced that Jonathan Glass has rejoined its DC regional offices as a managing director.
... He currently serves as a real estate advisor to the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, Synergy Enterprises, Inc., the North American Electric Reliability Corp., Hollingsworth LLP and the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Glass, who began his real estate career as an associate at Studley in 2007, will be assisting his clients with a full range of commercial real estate services, including complex lease renewal and restructuring agreements, strategic planning for lease and purchase transactions and integrating financial modeling into executable long term strategies. ...
