GroupM Worldwide signed a lease for 515,457 square feet at 3 World Trade Center in the World Trade Center submarket. CBRE represented both the landlord and the tenant.
CME Group, Inc. leased 449,000 square feet at World Finance Center - NYMEX in the World Trade Center submarket. Newmark Grub Knight Frank represented the tenant.
Jones Day inked a 330,210-square-foot lease at 250 Vesey St. in the World Trade Center submarket. Brookfield Office Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, while Studley represented the tenant.
