Client Situation

ZeroFOX, a cutting-edge, start-up cyber company, was looking to purchase an owner occupied building with some leases already in place to help offset debt services. The space needed to be located within a 5 mile radius of Federal Hill in South Baltimore so that their employees could continue to bike and walk to work.

The client also wanted a unique location with a buildout that spoke to their brand, with potential future expansion space.

Consideration Analysis

Using a proactive approach, the Savills Studley team of George Santos and Ryan Miller looked beyond conventional searching methods. Leveraging strong relationships and market expertise, the team was able to uncover an off-market opportunity for ZeroFOX that satisfied all of its requirements.

ZeroFOX purchased and moved into the building, the former Pabst Blue Ribbon Distribution facility. Sometimes referred to as “the castle” due to its unique look, the building has high ceilings, exposed brick, and undeniable character. ZeroFOX is now an 80-person company, and the new space allows for current and future expansion in keeping with the company’s growth strategy.
