Another fashion company is opening studio space in the hulking Long Island City building known as The Factory.
Polo Ralph Lauren has signed a 19,105-square-foot deal on a lower floor at the 1.1-million-square-foot 30-30 47th Avenue between 31st Street and 30th Place, data from CoStar Group shows.
The lease is for nine years, according to a source familiar with the deal. Asking rent in the deal was not immediately available. But in the past, CO has reported asking rents to range from the mid-$30s per square foot to the mid-$40s per square foot...
