The Chicago office of commercial real estate services firm Studley has represented the International Fellowship of Christians & Jews (IFCJ) in its 24,881-square-foot lease expansion and relocation at 30 North LaSalle.
The Fellowship currently occupies 15,820 square feet on floors 24 & 26 at 30 North LaSalle but will take an additional 9,061 square feet, and relocate to the 43rd floor, when the lease commences in April 2012.
When the Fellowship takes over the top floor in March, they will move into space previously designed for a now defunct consulting firm and will capitalize on the existing professional build-out that includes existing furniture, equipment and technology. In addition, IFCJ received significant concessions from the building that will further minimize out-of-pocket moving, installation and space modification expenses. ...
... Studley’s Executive managing director Robert Sevim and associate director Jon Azulay negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Fellowship.
