GSA Signs 490,998-SF Office Lease for NIAID

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases inked a deal to fully occupy a new property at 5601 Fishers Lane in Rockville, MD. The GSA signed a 15-year build-to-suit lease on behalf of the Bethesda-based agency with the JBG Cos.

The 490,998-square-foot, Class A office building is due for completion in 2014, according to CoStar information.

The GSA's James Phelan and Glenn Harvey along with Studley's Mett Miller and Julie Rayfield represented the tenant. Scott Johnston, Todd Grinspoon, Austin Sanders and Greg Schnider of Newmark Knight Frank represented JBG.
