Commonwealth Engineering and Construction Renews Lease at 10255 Richmond Street
Houston, TX (August 15, 2011)
International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce that Commonwealth Engineering and Construction LLC has renewed its 25,155-square-foot lease at 10255 Richmond Avenue.
The full-service engineering, procurement and construction management firm will continue to occupy the entire second floor of the 100,000-square-foot office building located in the Westchase area of Houston.
Studley’s Senior Managing Director Kevin Hodges represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Caroline Partners, LTD, was represented by Steve Rocher of CB Richard Ellis.
“This building continues to fit Commonwealth’s operations very well, said Mr. Hodges, who added that the landlord, BMS Properties, has worked closely with us to satisfy our needs as changes in requirements dictate. “We value that aspect of our relationship with BMS.
