Charles S. Cohen has signed four new leases at his 400,000-square-foot RedBuilding at the Pacific Design Center. Whalerock Industries, Gaumont International Television, AllSaints USA and Criteria Corp. are the tenants to sign leases at the building, which total 65,400 square feet.
“The select tenants in the RedBuilding choose it for the quality of the building, the architecture, the location and the features and amenities of the entire Pacific Design Center Campus,” Cohen, the owner and designer of the building, tells GlobeSt.com. “We are confident that the distinctive quality of the building will create a signature identity for these forward-thinking, creative office tenants.”
Whalerock Industries is relocating its offices from its current location in Santa Monica, while AllSaints is moving its New York offices to the 10th floor of the building.
