Global commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Jim Reidy, an experienced management and technology consultant focusing on real estate strategies and operations, has joined its Washington D.C. office as Senior Managing Director. He will be tasked with expanding Studley’s Public Sector Consulting Practice and supporting the needs of the firm’s existing and future public sector clients.

Studley’s Public Sector Consulting Practice combines best in class consulting with transactional expertise. “We are developing real, actionable solutions on how tenants use, manage and understand space, which can be implemented throughout the real estate lifecycle,” said Executive Managing Director Julie Rayfield. “Today’s workforce is using real estate differently than in the past, both in the public and private sectors. Our tenant focus positions us well to help clients optimize their portfolio in an efficient and productive way.”
Mr. Reidy comes to Studley from Deloitte Consulting’s Real Estate & Location Strategy Practice, where he was responsible for leading a wide range of consulting assignments covering real estate business strategies, asset management solutions, and operational process improvements in both the private and public sectors. He is a recognized leader in the development and implementation of Alternative Workplace Strategies, specializing in business process improvement/change management; real estate asset management strategies and solutions; condition, physical security, and risk assessments; and integrated workplace management systems technology requirements definition, selection, and implementation.
